Farm Animal Rights Movement

Paths to Animal Liberation (PAL) is an animal rights club at Hunter College who believes in the rights of all animals. We promote a vegan and eco friendly lifestyle, and support all forms of activism. We seek to educate the Hunter community about the exploitation and abuse of non-human animals and plan to expose all forms of animal cruelty. We also plan to teach others about the connection between ecosystems. All animal lovers are welcome!

Paths to Animal Liberation is FARM Underground's newest addition and have participated with Gentle Thanksgiving. PAL has very creative plans for Meatout and World Farm Animals Day in addition to continuous outreach on their campus. Make sure to visit PAL on their Facebook page and become a Fan!

FARM Underground is very excited we are working with such a dedicated group of activists to make a huge impact for animals!

VegTerps was established in August of 2009 with a mission of bringing together vegan and vegetarian students at University of Maryland.  VegTerps promotes a vegan diet and lifestyle by focusing on animal rights, with an emphasis on advocacy and outreach work. Currently, VegTerps is working on a campaign to remove McDonalds from the food court on campus.

Past events include tabling for World Farm Animals Day, hosting an open forum with Bruce Friedrich, and screening the award winning documentary Earthlings. For more information on VegTerps, visit their Facebook group and become a fan!

FARM Underground is honored to be working with this enthusiastic group for farmed animals throughout the year!
